They also have to "mop" the pigs with juices so they stay tender.
The chefs have to pay strict attention to the cooker and keep turning the pigs every so often so they get cooked evenly.
Upon arrival at the German Club, everyone is greeted by the wonderful aroma of pigs being roasted. Yum Yum!
